So sorry, Abby. Take care of you, honey. It will take time, (probably more than you want it to) but you have got to give yourself as much time as you possibly can to heal physically. Otherwise, everything will take longer to settle back down. Is there anyone with you right now who can help you with things like errands or food shopping or bill management until you both can come up for air?
