Okay, I have a confession: I only just found out what Swago is. It’s been around for a while, but life is always crazy ’round these parts. Something else was always demanding my attention.
But I finally looked into it for the upcoming Pie Fest. I have to admit, it seems like fun — and not just because it’s a free $3 gift card!
Swago is, well, bingo. You get a bin– er, Swago board filled with squares of various actions you can take. As you complete each task, the corresponding square will fill up.
Some of the tasks will obviously be more difficult than others, but over the course of a week… Well, I’m guessing you can get a fair amount done without overly taxing yourself.
Different patterns net you different points. (The pattern options are displayed next to your board.) The lowest — a single row or column of five boxes — will get you five points called SB. Fill up the entire board and you’ll get a spiffy 300 SB. That’s enough for a $3 Amazon, Dunkin Donuts or eBay GC!
In case $3 isn’t enough to convince you to play, know that you could actually walk away with more than $30. Not bad for a few minutes of work each day, eh?
The first 10 people to complete and submit a full Swago board will get 2,500 SB. Add to that the 300 SB for filling up the board, and you’ve got 2,800 SB. Your first $25 GC of the month is only 2,250 SB, leaving you with 550 SB. That’s enough for a $5 GC with 50 SB to spare!
Not up for completing a Swago board? That’s fine. Submit any pattern for a chance to win 1,000 SB. Each day Swagbucks will choose 10 submitted patterns and award (you guessed it) 1,000 SB. That’s enough for a $10 GC, which isn’t bad for filling out as few as five squares!
Another nice thing: You’ll get your bonus immediately. Swagbucks often runs promotions with participation bonuses, but they usually take a while to be applied. Your Pie Fest bonuses, though, will appear in your account shortly after you click “Submit.”
Okay, now that you’re all excited for Pie Fest, remember:
- Don’t perform any tasks before clicking “Join.” Nothing will count for your board until you’ve clicked the button.
- You can earn between the 19th and the 26th, but…
- It ends at noon PDT on the 26th. Don’t wait until nighttime to submit!
- You have to click “Submit” to get credit.
If you’re new to Swagbucks, you can get even more bang for your (Swag)buck!
Sign up through my referral link to be eligible for the Three For All promotion. Earn 300 SB by September 30th to get a bonus 300 SB. That’s more than enough for a $5 GC. (Or less than 1/4 of the way to your first $25 GC!)
Once you sign up, check out my Swagbucks for Beginners post to learn about easy ways to get SB. Because who doesn’t like free money?
Have you guys played Swago? Anyone else have the weird desire to go get a dauber now?
