I’m relieved for two reasons:
- I can stop worrying about my in-laws getting sick from mold particulates
- I can stop feeling guilty about how awful their flooring looked — even if it was mostly their dogs’ fault.
Pictures? I’m glad you asked!
I went over there last night in just socks (because I was too lazy to find my shoes) and the vinyl definitely has a bit of cushion to it. I was skeptical seeing the tiny sliver of material beneath the vinyl’s surface, but you can definitely feel it. Maybe it’ll be better for their joints.
But here’s what you probably actually tuned in for: a free $30!
Well, this weekend only, Swagbucks has upped its Hulu offer. Now if you sign up for at least one month’s service, you’ll get 3,000 points called SB.
You can redeem SB for all sorts of gift cards — or for PayPal payments. I go for Amazon GCs because… Well, Amazon. I’ve gotten all sorts of awesome/weird/mundane stuff for free using Swagbucks.
You need 2,500 SB for a $25 GC (or PayPal payment) and 500 SB for a $5 GC. (Sorry, no PayPal payments under $25.) Point being, signing up for one month of Hulu — which is an awesome, saved-us-literally-thousands-of-dollars service = you’ll get the equivalent of $30 in gift cards.
Technically, you’ll get a little more than $30 worth of GCs because the first $25 gift card each month is discounted to 2,250 SBs. So you could get a $25 gift card, a $5 gift card and still have 250 SB leftover.
Hulu is a service you should be using anyway, so this is the perfect opportunity. You can make money while you try out this great way to save money.
Already hopped on the Hulu train? Well… Surely there’s someone in your household with a different name and credit card number, right? I mean… Not that I’d ever suggest you game the system. (Cough cough.)
Don’t forget: This offer ends Sunday, the 27th. Jump on this chance, people!
So yeah, I’m definitely not off to sign Tim up for his own Hulu account. Absolutely not. Just so we’re clear.
